This policy explains what information Capraxis (“Capraxis,” “we,” “us”) collects through capraxis.com, including the Outdoor Profit & Inventory Health Check page, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is a disclosure of our own data practices, not legal advice, and it does not attempt to state how privacy or marketing law applies to your specific situation or location.

Who we are

Capraxis provides e-commerce bookkeeping, accounting, and fractional CFO services. We are based in Taguig, Philippines. Contact: hellocapraxis@capraxis.com.

What we collect

When you request the free Outdoor Profit & Inventory Health Check, we ask for your first name, business email address, and company name (required), and your website (optional). We do not ask for a phone number or revenue figures at this stage. If you later book a diagnostic call, our booking provider will collect the additional scheduling details needed for that call.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to: (1) send you the Health Check by email; (2) follow up with related educational emails about inventory, COGS, landed cost, and profitability for outdoor and inventory-based brands; and (3) let you book a complimentary diagnostic call if you choose to. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Consent and your choices

By submitting the form, you are asking us to send you the Health Check and related follow-up emails by email. We only add contacts to our email list who submit this form themselves — we do not add people to this list without their action. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Unsubscribing stops future marketing emails but does not delete data we are required to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Service providers

We use Brevo (a third-party email marketing and CRM platform) to store the contact details you submit and to send the Health Check and follow-up emails. Brevo processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security terms. We use standard web analytics (Google Analytics) on this site to understand how the page is used.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Health Check and related communications, or until you unsubscribe and ask us to remove it, whichever comes first, subject to any records we are required to keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics (Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use our pages. These are standard analytics cookies; we do not use them to sell your information or to build cross-site advertising profiles. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. If you are located somewhere that requires opt-in cookie consent, please be aware that analytics cookies may be set on your first visit before you take any action on this site.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing hellocapraxis@capraxis.com.
